With ever-increasing pressure on school leaders, there has never been a more important time to invest in our people. As a former Head and experienced school leader, Faith Hagerty completed her coaching training in the Graydin system in 2024. She now offers coaching to middle and senior leaders across the country, with a particular focus on creative thinking, self-image and wellbeing.
The Graydin values-based model and Faith’s warm and supportive approach facilitate meaningful and long lasting impact for her coachees.

One to one coaching
Our most popular course is made up of 6 online sessions, each lasting 50 minutes. These can be scheduled weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on the coachee’s preference. Other bespoke packages can be offered on request.
360 Appraisals
Faith now offers a supportive and personalised 360 appraisal for headteachers and senior leaders. Our appraisal process combines survey responses and in-person interviews with members of the school community, to generate a personal and incisive report, offering the opportunity to set objectives for further development.
